SouthWest Judo Academy welcomed members of the University of Technology Sydney Judo team for a joint training session ahead of the 2026 UniSport Nationals.
The visiting athletes joined our members on the mat as they prepared for Sunday’s competition. We were also pleased to welcome UTS coach Mark Brewer, who took part in the session alongside his team.
Hosting visiting judoka gives our athletes the opportunity to train with different partners and build connections with the wider judo community. It was great to share a session with the UTS team during their visit to Western Australia.
Thank you to Mark and the UTS athletes for coming down to SouthWest. We wish the team all the best for the UniSport Nationals!
