Free trial FAQs
Not at all. Every one of our members started with a first class. Our beginner-friendly programs are built for people with zero experience, from age 3 to adult.
Just wear comfortable tracksuit pants and bring a water bottle. A judogi (uniform) can be provided for your trial, so there is nothing to buy before you start.
Please arrive around 15 minutes early so we can welcome you, help you get changed if needed and introduce you to the coach before class begins.
